Email Communications in Canada

With your consent or as otherwise permitted by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”), we may send electronic communications to the email address you provide. These communications may include investment updates, event and webinar information, newsletters, service announcements and promotional content.

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in our messages or contacting us at invest@mcgillivraycapital.com.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending transactional or service communications that you have requested or that are otherwise permitted by law.

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

SMS Communications in Canada

With your express consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may send SMS or text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. These messages may include event reminders, service-related information, investment updates and information about our offerings.

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS marketing messages at any time by replying “STOP” to a message. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us at invest@mcgillivraycapital.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile telephone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.

Telephone and AI-Powered Voice Communications

With your express consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, MCP may contact you at the telephone number you provide. These calls may be made by a member of our team or through an automated AI-powered voice agent.

AI-powered voice calls may be used to:

  • Confirm or update your attendance at an event or webinar;
  • Provide event-related details or reminders;
  • Respond to a request you have made;
  • Ask general questions about your investment interests, objectives or preferences;
  • Ask about your approximate investment timeframe;
  • Collect general information relevant to investor eligibility;
  • Determine whether a follow-up conversation with a member of our team may be appropriate; and
  • Provide information about MCP and our investment offerings.

At the beginning of an AI-powered call, the AI agent will identify itself as an automated AI system calling on behalf of McGillivray Capital Partners and explain the purpose of the call.

You are not required to interact with an AI-powered voice agent. You may ask to end the call or request to be contacted by a member of our team instead.

During an AI-powered call, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your attendance plans, communication preferences, investment interests, objectives, approximate investment timeframe and general information relevant to investor eligibility.

Information collected during a call may be reviewed by members of our team and added to our customer relationship management system. AI technology may be used to transcribe, summarize, organize or categorize the information you provide.

We will not rely solely on an AI-powered voice agent to make a final decision about your eligibility to invest, suitability for an investment, or acceptance into an investment offering. Any applicable eligibility or suitability determination will be completed through the appropriate onboarding process, including by appropriately registered third parties where required.

You may withdraw your consent to receive AI-powered voice calls at any time by telling the AI agent, advising a member of our team, or contacting us at invest@mcgillivraycapital.com. Withdrawing consent to AI-powered calls will not prevent you from communicating directly with our team, registering for an event or receiving communications through another channel to which you have consented.
