  Scott McGillivray is CEO of McGillivray Capital Partners and Trustee of the Scott McGillivray Real Estate Funds. A successful, nationally recognized entrepreneur and real estate investor, he has built a diverse portfolio of residential properties across North America. With expertise in investment strategy, capital structuring, and asset management, Scott leads large-scale real estate projects focused on long-term growth. He’s also an award-winning HGTV producer and host of hit series like Income Property, Scott’s Vacation House Rules, and Renovation Resort.

  Andrew McGillivray is President of McGillivray Capital Partners and a Trustee of the Scott McGillivray Real Estate Funds. A hands-on entrepreneur and seasoned real estate investor, he brings over 25 years of expertise in capital raising, acquisitions, partnerships, sales, construction, and dispositions. With experience across the U.S. and Canada, Andrew is deeply involved in every stage of the investment and development cycle, driving long-term success through value creation and risk management.

  Erik Kroman is the CEO of Fairway Development Group and Vice-President at McGillivray Capital Partners. He is an experienced real estate and finance professional with a career spanning leading firms such as KPMG, Mattamy Homes, and private capital markets. Throughout his career, Erik has held executive roles, including VP Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President, overseeing key functions such as finance, accounting, treasury, and human resources. He has been involved in all stages of capital raising, debt management, financial planning, budget analysis, and strategic partnerships.

  Dan Pero is the President of Fairway Development Group and Chief Operating Officer at McGillivray Capital Partners. Dan is an investment professional with extensive senior-level experience in multi-asset portfolio management, asset allocation strategy, and operations management. As an experienced asset manager and real estate investment specialist, he has deep expertise in investment funds, structured products, portfolio management, high-net-worth capital structures, and multi-asset strategies, including North American equities, bonds, commodities, and foreign exchange. Dan has also been registered as an advising representative with the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).
